What is Digital Ticketing?
Digital Ticketing provides 24-hr access to managing, transferring, and selling your tickets online. You will have the ability to transfer tickets to family and friends, sell tickets to games you can’t attend, and view your tickets for entry into FedExField on gamedays.
Will I receive physical tickets in the mail?
We will not be automatically sending out physical versions of our tickets this year. Instead, we have implemented digital ticketing for all of our home games. For the 2018 Season, you will have the option receive physical tickets in addition to having access to digital tickets via your My Redskins Account.
Is there a cost to transferring a game ticket?
No, Season Ticket Members can transfer tickets to family and friends free of charge.
Can I sell my tickets?
Yes, you can list your tickets for sale directly through your My Redskins Account.
Do I need to download the Redskins App to use my tickets?
No, but it’s much easier to gain access to your My Redskins Account via the Redskins Mobile App. Click Here to download the Redskins Mobile App.
What if I forget my phone?
You do not need to use your own phone to gain access to your mobile tickets. You can log in to your My Redskins Account on any mobile device to view your tickets. If you have any issues on gameday, you may visit the Ticketing Resolution windows to access reprints of your tickets. There is a $10 fee per ticket reprint.
What if I want a souvenir ticket?
Souvenir tickets for all home games will be available for redemption through Redskins Rewards. Please check back for more details on souvenir tickets!
